Will customers ever be charged?
No. Job2Build will always be free for customers. Posting a job, receiving quotes, and messaging tradespeople costs nothing.
When do I pay as a tradesperson?
You pay a lead fee when a customer submits a job that matches your trade and area, and you receive their contact details. You're not charged for browsing jobs or building your profile.
What if a lead doesn't convert?
We offer credits for leads where the customer contact details are incorrect or where the job was never genuine. Contact our support team and we'll review it.
Are there subscription plans?
No. We don't charge monthly fees. You only pay for the leads you receive. This means tradespeople who are busy can pause leads at any time.
Is VAT included in the lead prices?
Lead prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT at the standard UK rate will be added at checkout.
